College of IT & Management Education (CIME) formerly known as Centre for IT Education (CITE) established on 4th August, 2000 is a Constituent College of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha. The Institute is functioning under the administrative control of Government in Skill Development & Technical Education Department, Odisha. The Institute function in its own campus located in the heart of the city, the state Capital of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

The Institute conduct MCA, MBA and M.Sc (Computer Science) programs under the aegis of Biju Patnaik University of Technology. The courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. The Institute has celebrated its silver jubilee in the year 2025.

The Operational Research Society of India (ORSI), founded in 1957, is a representative of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS) in India. It publishes high quality journal, OPSEARCH. ORSI has seventeen chapters all over the country.

The Bhubaneswar (Odisha) Chapter of the ORSI is the most vibrant chapter in India. It conducted its 26th and 48th ORSI Annual Conventions at Utkal and SOA Universities, respectively, attended by many delegates from India and abroad. It has organized successful conferences at PMEC, CUTM, KIIT, BIITM and Ravenshaw University in the past. The International Conference on Sustainable Business (ICSB) is a premier global forum that brings together academicians, researchers, policymakers, industry leaders, and practitioners to explore innovative pathways toward sustainable development. Hosted annually at the World Skill Center, Bhubaneswar, the conference has evolved as a progressive platform where each edition builds upon the achievements and insights of the previous one.

The journey began with ICSB 2025 on the theme “People, Planet & Profit” (May 5–6, 2025), emphasizing the Triple Bottom Line approach to sustainable business. The conference successfully culminated in the publication of its proceedings by Springer Nature, providing global visibility to high-quality scholarly contributions.

Building on this foundation, ICSB 2026 (March 30–31, 2026) adopted the theme “Innovation, Inclusion & Impact,” highlighting the role of innovation and inclusive practices in creating meaningful and measurable societal outcomes. Selected papers from the conference were published in the ABDC-indexed journal Empirical Economics Letters.

Continuing this powerful trajectory, the upcoming 3^rdICSB (February 5–6, 2027) focuses on the future of global market endurance with the theme "Resilience, Responsibility & Regeneration." Together, this conference sequel unites global scholars, policymakers, and industry leaders to shape a holistic blueprint for sustainable development.

Together, these three editions represent a coherent and evolving vision for advancing sustainable business in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
