CALL FOR PAPERS
We are delighted to invite you to contribute to the International Conference on Sustainable Business: People, Planet, and Profit, which aims to explore and promote sustainable business practices that balance economic growth with environmental stewardship and social equity.
Conference Theme
The theme, "People, Planet, and Profit," encapsulates the triple bottom line approach to sustainable business, emphasizing the need to achieve economic success while ensuring positive social and environmental impacts. This conference will serve as a platform for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and discuss innovative solutions that drive sustainable development.
Empirical, conceptual, research-in -progress, and case studies are invited in the following subthemes.

Paper Formatting:
- * Papers must be submitted in WORD and PDF formats.
- * All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere.
- * All papers should be written in English. This includes all sections, figures, tables, and references.
- * All submissions must be within 6 pages in length. Paper Format: Springer Conference Template.
Paper Format & Submission Methods:
Authors are requested to submit their complete papers, comprising all sections, figures, tables, and references, via email to icsb2025@imit.ac.in.
Review Policy:
All papers undergo an initial screening for suitability by the Board of Editors. Suitable papers are then sent to at least two independent referees chosen by the Board of Editors. The reports from the independent referees are then considered by the Board of Editors, who will make the final decision.
Additional Policies:
- All articles contributed to ICSB-2025 must be new and not published in any journals or publications. Furthermore, the copyrights of the articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.
- The following articles are rejected by ICSB -2025:
- a) Pseudo-articles which are incompetent in reasoning and devoid of any statistics, experiments, or designs.
- b) Plagiarized articles.
- c) Articles translated by translation software such as SCIGEN.
- d) Articles irrelevant to the theme and scope of this conference.
- ICSB -2025 takes plagiarism seriously. All articles registered will be evaluated for plagiarism. Any article that fails to pass the plagiarism detection step will be sent back to the author.
- ICSB -2025 urges all article-contributors to seriously abide by our academic integrity policy.

- Registration fee covers only one paper, designated under the corresponding author's name.
- The registration fee includes conference materials, lunch, coffee breaks, and a conference kit during the event.
- Sponsors and teams intending to submit multiple papers should contact the conference convener: icsb2025@imit.ac.in. Each author (corresponding author) can submit a maximum of 2 papers.
- Participants registering from outside India can pay in accordance with the current currency exchange rate.
- At least one author of each paper must attend the conference and present the paper either in person or via video or poster presentation.
- Please ensure that all registration fees are paid via the banking system as per the registration form. Invoice information must be carefully reviewed with the author's financial department.
